I didn't add anything once everything was mixed, although lemon juice might be a nice touch. Mushrooms (sauteed in olive oil and garlic with some salt and pepper) always adds so much flavor on its own. I was surprised it didn't need much more doctoring. Thanks for praying.

J: I use the regular vegetable broth from trader joes or the "O" Organics brand from Safeway. I'm working on making my own broth from the pulp left over when I juice my veggies. We'll see (trying to save money) :) The brand "Imagine" has a decent gluten free broth (for Emily). I'm kicking off my gluten-free trial run in July after we go camping. I'm sure I'll be writing you for some advice. Hope you're having a great weekend with your adorable little girls.Thrive Out Loudhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04246025529924628470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6426138961814477054.post-63227558417284026082011-06-25T16:51:24.162-07:002011-06-25T16:51:24.162-07:00Looks good. A co-worker told me that when she uses swiss chard or kale or any thicker leafy green in a raw salad she massages it with Hawaiian salt first to tenderize it. Haven't tried that yet.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13422471271576665692noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6426138961814477054.post-20710702243971581482011-06-23T17:20:47.938-07:002011-06-23T17:20:47.938-07:00Loved this Kim! And, I'm glad you didn't dread the shot as much. I prayed for you knowing it was Thursday. :)Jessica Volkmernoreply@blogger.com
